Referral Network: How it Works
The ParkCaLicense referral network offers a simple and easy way to earn income. By making referrals with our extensive network, you can earn commission fees on each closed sale. With each referral, we give you 90% of the referral fee, the highest commissions split in the industry.

You can refer friends, clients, family members, co-workers, and even yourself to any agent in the ParkCaLicense network. You simply make the referral, and the agent will do all the work of the sale with their local broker.
Once the sale is completed, we collect the referral fee, which is typically 25-50% of the agent’s cut. ParkCaLicense will split the referral fee with you, giving you 90%.
